Drivers heading to or from East Midlands Airport this weekend are being warned of heavy traffic as thousands of motorbike fans travel to neighbouring Donington Park - especially tomorrow. Passengers are being urged to allow extra time for their journeys as fans stream to the circuit for the British Superbike Championship round.
Roads and motorways in the area were likely to be busy from Saturday to Monday. However, there will be a one way traffic system in place on Melbourne Lane (up to the Paddocks) on tomorrow morning. Traffic will be diverted via Wilson to re-join the A453.
