East Midlands gets two awards

East Midlands Airport picked up two travel awards in less than a week. At the Travel Gazette (TTG) Awards the airport was named 'Airport of the Year' beating Luton and Birmingham. It then went on to win the Travel Bulletin Star Awards, scooping the 'Star Regional Airport' award, beating airports including Liverpool, Bristol and Birmingham.
Penny Coates, Managing Director of East Midlands Airport, said, ‘We are delighted to have won two prestigious awards in less than a week. They are a reflection of our hard work and dedication.'
