Bmibaby pass 1m passenger mark on Belfast route

Budget airline Bmibaby has carried its one millionth passenger on its service between Belfast International and East Midlands Airport. It rewarded Jenny Harney and her daughter Grace, from Armagh, with two return flights on its new Belfast - Prague route.
Bmibaby offers 12 flights a week on the Belfast to East Midlands route. Crawford Rix, managing director of the airline, said: 'We are proud to welcome our one millionth passenger on the Belfast to East Midlands route. We launched flights to Belfast in October 2002 and 7 years on, we continue to see a high demand for low-cost travel to and from the region.'
