East Midlands to open new prayer facility

A prayer room is to open at East Midlands Airport next week. The dedicated facility will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week for worship, prayer and quiet reflection.
The area is to be located next to departure security at the airport. The prayer room opens on Monday (19 June) with a 30-minute service and ceremony led by the Reverend Roy Monks.
A chaplain's office will also be available for people looking for personal consultation with a member of the airports ecclesiastical team.
