Two new Polish routes for bmibaby

East Midlands Airport will gain two new routes to Poland next year from low-fares airline bmibaby. The the airline's managing director, Crawford Rix, said that the new services are indicative of bmibaby's 'commitment to growth.'
bmibaby will launch flights to the port town of Gdansk on February 9, with three flights a week. It will also launch flights to the Polish capital Warsaw on February 20, with four a week from East MIdlands Airport.
Mr Rix described Warsaw as 'Poland's most cosmopolitan city' and said that Gdansk is considered 'one of the most beautiful cities on the Baltic coast.' He said: 'Both cities are really popular short break destinations.'
