Woman charged over 3 kg cocaine find

Susanna Binti Janury, a 36-year-old Malaysian woman, has appeared in court charged with drug smuggling after she arrived at East Midlands Airport carrying more than 3 kilos of cocaine, HM Revenue and Customs have said.
The Class A drug with an estimated value of £150,000 - although this would have doubled or even trebled once 'cut' by drug dealers - was found concealed in the base of the woman's luggage after she arrived on a flight from the Gambia via a European airport.
Ms Janury was remanded in custody to appear before magistrates in Loughborough later this week.
